Policy: Art's Cool is not responsible for artists' clothing being soiled by materials or for items left behind.(We offer smocks and a lost and found.) As a parent or guardian, I understand that I am responsible for transportation to and from Art'sCool activities. I understand that Artists participating and others entering Art's Cool are responsible for their own safety and I waive my right to take legal actions for injuries or damage occurring on Art's Cool property. Artists may make up one class per 8-week session with 48-hour notice (2 makeups per 12 weeks session). Makeup class must happen within a paid session. There will be no refunds after the first class of a paid session. I grant Art's Cool permission to use photos of me (or my artist) and my (or my artist's ) artwork for display and promotional purposes. Art's Cool commands respect and tolerance, kindness and peer encouragement in our studio. We are a peanut-free studio. Please respect this and do not bring peanut products into Art's Cool.
