Policy and Permission *

Policy: Art's Cool is not responsible for artists' clothing being soiled by materials or for items left behind. As a parent or guardian, I understand that I am responsible for transportation to and from Art'sCool activities. I understand that Artists participating and others entering Art's Cool are responsible for their own safety and I waive my right to take legal actions for injuries or damage occurring on Art's Cool property. Artists may make up one class per 8-week session ONLY with 48-hour notice (2 makeups per 12 weeks session). Makeup class must happen within a paid session and will not be added on to the end or after the last date of the session. There will be no refunds after the first class of a paid session. I grant Art's Cool permission to use photos of me (or my artist) and my (or my artist's ) artwork for display and promotional purposes. Art's Cool commands respect and tolerance, kindness and peer encouragement in our studio. We are a nut-free studio. Please respect this and do not bring nut products into Art's Cool. Masks are optional. Aprons are available. Covered water bottles are allowed and encouraged. Classes are spaced out in three separate studios and class times are spaced out 15 minutes for cleaning. Please be mindful of arriving on time for pick up. Thank you!
